Taking Breaks

Life moves at a face pace for so many people, my question to you is how often do you takes breaks? What I mean by taking breaks is...Time To Relax the Mind. As a Counselor I can see that when some people talk their minds are running like a car. Take a Break! There may be times you will need a tune up (counseling) everyone need a tune up from time to time. There will be times you may need an oil change (vacation) getting ready to travel on your journey. There are time when you need gas (medication) to where you need to be day to day. Give your mind a break, relax, sit in the sun or shade and REALLY take the time to smell the roses.
